Overview

As a C++ Engineer, you will design and build high-performance, latency-sensitive systems for a prominent fintech trading firm. You’ll work in a tech-focused environment and collaborate with senior engineers to solve complex problems in distributed infrastructure. You will develop asynchronous C++17 code, iterate on multi-threaded components, and contribute to a large-scale platform used for market software and prop trading. Responsibilities
  • Write high-quality asynchronous C++17 code and tests
  • Collaborate with the CTO to tackle complex technical challenges
  • Reason about multi-threading, networking, and mission-critical infrastructure
  • Contribute to an Agile team (Scrum, Gitlab, Jira) on brownfield projects
  • Mentor teammates through code reviews and guidance
Key requirements
  • Computer Science or Engineering degree
  • Strong OOP and modern C++ knowledge (memory management, smart pointers, move semantics)
  • Experience with multi-threaded applications and TCP networking
  • Demonstrated ability to produce quality code
  • Good communication and team collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of Linux and Git
