Our client is a technology-driven systematic trading firm seeking a C++ Software Engineer to build and optimise the low-latency infrastructure powering their global trading platform. You'll work on performance-critical systems where efficiency, scalability and reliability directly impact trading performance.

Technical Skills

Modern C++ & Low Latency:

  • Modern C++ (C++17/20/23 and beyond)
  • Multithreading, Concurrency & Memory Management
  • STL, Object-Oriented Design & Software Architecture
  • Messaging Infrastructure

Networking:

  • TCP/IP, UDP & Socket Programming
  • High-Performance Networking
  • FIX Protocol
  • Exchange Connectivity
  • Market Data Feeds
  • Electronic Trading Systems

Ideal Background

Open to candidates from either financial services or leading technology firms who have experience building high-performance, latency-sensitive software. Experience within trading, exchanges or financial markets is beneficial but not essential.
