In this role you will develop and maintain financial software, mainly in C#. You will work on a greenfield platform for insurers and financial institutions, collaborating with cross‑functional teams across locations. You’ll optimize build and deployment pipelines and document components to support scalable, maintainable solutions. This is an opportunity to gain deep fintech experience with high autonomy and exposure to leadership. You will shape impactful systems in a dynamic, international setting.

- 5+ years of software design and development experience
- Advanced knowledge of C# and .NET (3+ years)
- Experience with MS SQL Server
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Knowledge of design patterns and advanced programming techniques
- Understanding of CS fundamentals: multi‑threading, algorithms, data structures, graph theory
- Experience with dependency injection, unit testing, and object mocking
