Overview

In this role you will join a fast-growing, agile development team to design, build, test, and deploy Windows applications and web services. You will enhance the team’s knowledge and mentor junior developers while contributing to in-house products such as the website, member portal, and CRM. You’ll own full lifecycle delivery and help drive continuous improvement in a relaxed, collaborative environment in Sevenoaks. This is a tech-forward role with opportunities to shape products for a growing audience.

Responsibilities
  • Join an Agile/Scrum team to design, develop, test and deploy Windows applications and web services as part of integration platforms
  • Mentor junior developers and promote best practices within the team
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the team and organisation
  • Develop and maintain in-house software products including the company Website, Member Portal and CRM system
  • Handle full lifecycle development: design, implementation, documentation, testing, UAT and deployment
Key requirements
  • Bachelor in Computer Science or related
  • Minimum 5 years of development experience
  • Proficient in C#, ASP.NET, Web API, OO, SQL Server, JavaScript, Entity Framework, database design and admin, UI form design, Agile
  • Proactive self-starter with ownership mindset
