Title: C++ Software Developer

Location: North East England (Onsite)

Pay: Up to £140,000 (DOE)

A fast-growing Tech house, currently scaling from a small base towards a much larger engineering headcount. Currently building out more than one specialist engineering teams — including a dedicated C++ software development team. This is a genuine early-stage opportunity to join a business in a high-growth phase, with real scope to shape its direction.

Role:

  • C++ software development

  • Engineering on live client products, offering technical expertise directly to clients across a variety of projects

  • Working across multiple projects and problem sets rather than a single long-term product

  • Joining at an early stage of the company's growth, with genuine scope to grow with the business

About you:

  • Strong academic background and desire to work with some of the best engineers — a good Bachelor's degree from a leading university, with strong A-levels

  • Prior consultancy experience is beneficial, yet not a requirement

  • Comfortable working across a range of client engineering problems rather than one fixed project
