Overview

In this role you will design, build and maintain the pricing analytics library in C# for a prominent fintech trading platform. You’ll work within a high-performance, cross-functional team focused on valuations of derivatives and pricing. The position involves server-side development, multithreading optimization and API/web service work in a fast-paced trading environment. You’ll contribute to a greenfield initiative with a strong emphasis on performance and reliability, in London.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and maintain the pricing analytics library in C#
  • Advance server-side C# development with emphasis on performance
  • Implement multithreading and code optimization, including LINQ and in-memory caching
  • Configure and manage web services; develop ASP.NET MVC APIs (optional)
  • Collaborate on web service deployment and integration in a financial tech context
  • Support valuations and pricing of derivatives for buy-side clients
Key requirements
  • At least 3 years of C# development experience
  • MS SQL relational database development, optimization and management
  • Strong server-side C# development with multithreading expertise
  • Experience with LINQ and in-memory caches
  • Background in server-side development, preferably in Financial Technology
  • Web service configuration and management
  • ASP.NET MVC web service development (preferred/optional)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Team collaboration and communication
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced financial environment
