In this role you will build and optimize latency-sensitive C++ components for a real-time trading platform. You will work on market data processing, signal evaluation, and order routing within a high-performance, low-latency environment deployed to production. You’ll collaborate with researchers, infrastructure teams, and hardware specialists to own critical software from design to deployment. The opportunity combines low-level systems programming with impactful, production-ready architecture at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement high-performance C++ systems used across trading infrastructure
  • Work on real-time market data processing to order execution
  • Optimize at micro-architectural level (cache, pipelines, memory layout)
  • Contribute to distributed or parallel computation frameworks
  • Collaborate with researchers, infrastructure teams, and hardware specialists
  • Write clean, maintainable post-C++11 code and modernize components
Key requirements
  • Strong command of modern C++ and tooling
  • Deep understanding of system internals (memory management, caching, CPU pipelines)
  • Solid knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and performance trade-offs
  • Experience designing complex long-uptime/high-availability systems
  • Familiarity with Linux systems and tooling is beneficial but not essential
  • Comfortable working independently on technically challenging problems
  • No finance background required—engineering fluency
