CA-Manager
Apple Canada
Surrey's Apple Store is looking for a Retail Manager who's ready to lead with purpose. This is a role for someone who understands that great leadership is about developing people, not just hitting numbers — and who thrives in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges and new opportunities to make a difference. If you're an experienced people leader with a background in retail or sales , this could be your next move.
As a Manager at Apple , you'll be on the floor working alongside your team, coaching in the moment, and making sure every customer interaction reflects the high standard Apple is known for. You'll be responsible for a defined area of the store's performance while also contributing to broader company priorities — balancing day-to-day operations with longer-term team development.
About the Role: Retail Manager
This position puts you at the centre of everything happening on the store floor. You'll lead, coach, and develop a team of retail professionals, helping each person grow in their role while delivering the kind of customer experience that sets Apple apart. Your day will include active participation in Floor Leadership — modelling best practices, keeping priorities on track, and stepping in to support both customers and team members when it matters most.
Beyond day-to-day operations, you'll also play a key role in driving an inclusive workplace culture , upholding company policies, and handling escalations with professionalism and good judgment. You'll collaborate closely with other leaders and business partners to execute strategy and protect the integrity of the store environment.
Benefits and Salary
Apple offers a competitive base pay range of $90,300 to $150,500 for this role, with your actual pay determined by your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. Beyond base pay, employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit (RSU) award recommendations and can participate in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan at a discount. The benefits package includes comprehensive medical and dental coverage , retirement benefits , discounts on Apple products, free services, and tuition reimbursement for education related to career advancement at Apple. Discretionary bonuses, commission payments, and relocation support may also be available depending on the role.
