As BIM/CAD Specialist in the Building Engineering Division, you will design and support BMS-related CAD work to enhance mechanical and electrical design. You’ll work within a multidisciplinary team on varied project types, translating concepts into detailed drawings and ensuring timely delivery. The role emphasizes digital design tools and coordination with CADD managers to meet project deadlines. You’ll contribute to a global infrastructure firm known for engineering excellence and digital innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Perform complex CADD assignments and coordinate drawing production with the CADD manager.
  • Use CAD tools to perform advanced applications, scaling, and edits to meet deadlines.
  • Digitize or trace sketches from designers using AutoCAD or MicroStation.
  • Make decisions guided by procedures, policies, and business practices to achieve results and meet deadlines.
Key requirements
  • Minimum HNC level related engineering qualification or Degree in building services engineering, electrical engineering or computer science.
  • Good BMS systems knowledge (Trend, Tridium, Niagara) gained through industry experience.
