In this BIM/CAD Specialist role within AECOM’s Building Engineering Division, you will support BMS design and CAD deliverables across diverse sectors. You work closely with Mechanical and Electrical teams to enable integrated building management systems. You will transform sketches into precise CADD drawings and manage complex drafting tasks to meet project deadlines. Responsibilities
  • Perform complex CADD tasks and coordinate drawing production for CADD manager
  • Execute advanced CAD work using AutoCAD, MicroStation, and related software to meet deadlines
  • Digitize or trace designer concepts into BIM/CAD drawings
  • Make decisions within established procedures to support project delivery
Key requirements
  • HNC level related engineering qualification or Degree in building services engineering, electrical engineering or computer science
  • Good BMS systems knowledge (Trend, Tridium, Niagara) gained through industry experience
  • Chartership or working towards
  • CADD software (AutoCAD, MicroStation)
