Overview

As a BIM/CAD Specialist in the Building Engineering Division, you will support BMS design and coordination alongside Mechanical and Electrical teams. You’ll produce and manage CADD drawings, using AutoCAD or MicroStation, to meet project deadlines. Your work spans diverse sectors, helping deliver robust control systems across offices, industrial and government projects. Responsibilities
  • Perform complex CADD assignments and coordinate drawing production under the CADD manager
  • Use CADD tools to perform advanced scaling and editing tasks to meet deadlines
  • Digitize or trace designer sketches using AutoCAD or MicroStation
  • Make decisions within established procedures to drive project outcomes
  • Support BMS design and integration activities across multiple project types
Key requirements
  • HNC level qualification or Degree in a related field
  • Strong BMS knowledge (Trend, Tridium, Niagara) from relevant industry experience
  • Chartership or active progression towards chartership
