Key Responsibilities: • Advise clients on technical accounting and reporting • Conduct complex accounting assessments • Draft technical accounting memos and position papers • Guide clients through M&A transactions and IPO processes • Lead projects and mentor less experienced team members
Requirements: • CPA designation or equivalent certification • 5-10+ years in accounting or related fields • Deep understanding of IFRS and U.S. GAAP • Experience in financial reporting and compliance • Public accounting experience preferred
