California Licensed Coding Manager

To support the Revenue Cycle department, the full-time California Licensed Coding Manager will manage staff, oversee coding inventory, and ensure departmental KPIs are met while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage and supervise the coding team, ensuring effective performance and development Oversee coding inventory management and maintain compliance with coding regulations Monitor and report on departmental KPIs and goals to drive continuous improvement Required qualifications Nine years of related experience or a Bachelor's degree with five years of relevant experience in hospital coding Solid knowledge of revenue cycle management practices and coding regulations Experience in leadership roles within a coding team, including training and mentoring coders Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop effective solutions to complex problems Familiarity with human resources management policies and staff performance monitoring
