California Licensed Disability Finance Analyst

Seeking a detail-oriented California Licensed Disability Finance Analyst, the full-time remote position will manage financial operations, payment processes, and reporting initiatives within the disability industry. Key responsibilities Manage vendor relationships and facilitate overpayment recovery arrangements with clients and claimants Research and correct financial coding within the disability claim platform, preparing necessary documentation for clients Prepare service fee invoice reports and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax matters Required qualifications Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of related work experience in the disability industry 5+ years of experience in disability payment and financial operations Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and online accounting systems Experience with general ledger accounting and financial reporting Knowledge of disability tax processes preferred
