Key responsibilities Draw accurate loan documents based on underwriting approvals and product requirements Review and verify lock information and final fee sheets for data accuracy Run compliance tests to ensure adherence to RESPA, TILA, and other regulations Required qualifications High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required One or more years of responsible document drawing experience in a financial or mortgage banking institution Strong understanding of mortgage products and regulatory requirements Knowledge of state and federal laws related to credit union compliance Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
