California Revenue Cycle Manager

Overseeing the full revenue cycle operations, the full-time California Revenue Cycle Manager will manage billing, coding, claims submission, and collections while ensuring compliance and performance improvement in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Lead day-to-day operations of the Revenue Cycle function, ensuring accurate billing and timely claims submission Monitor accounts receivable and collections, implementing corrective action plans for performance improvement Oversee denial management processes, conducting root-cause analyses and collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues Required qualifications Minimum of five years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management or related fields Previous supervisory or management experience within Revenue Cycle operations Strong working knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and healthcare billing practices Proficiency with healthcare billing platforms and EHR systems, particularly Microsoft Excel Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex workflows effectively
