Calypso Production Support Analyst

Support Calypso production operations in Montreal with monitoring, incident resolution, and application stability expertise. This hybrid role serves critical financial services platforms.

COFOMO seeks a Calypso Production Application Support Analyst with six to seven years supporting financial services platforms. You will protect settlement, messaging, position management, accounting, reporting, and automated processing functions. The work combines ServiceNow administration, scripting, monitoring tools, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure Calypso platform stability and end-to-end function availability
• Monitor production environments and prevent performance issues
• Resolve complex incidents and manage recurring issues
• Coordinate infrastructure interventions during updates and upgrades
• Contribute to AI transformation and operational excellence initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent international qualification
• Six to seven years supporting financial services platforms
• Calypso, settlement processes, and transaction lifecycle knowledge
• Python, Perl, Bash, Shell, PowerShell, and PL/SQL scripting
• Fluent written and spoken French and English
