Campus Endpoint Lead – IT Support & Deployment Coach

Academia is seeking an Endpoint Support Team Lead to join our university campus in Cardiff. Take a hands-on leadership role guiding Level 1 and 2 support, coordinating workloads and helping deliver reliable endpoint services across five campuses.

You will balance operational leadership with technical delivery, drive proactive maintenance, coach engineers and work with senior stakeholders to ensure service levels, security controls and continuous improvement are achieved.
