Campus UI Software Engineer (Intern)

10-week UI/software engineering internship building production web applications for Jump's trading platform with TypeScript, Python, modern web frameworks, and React.

Programme: 10 weeks in Core Development. Longer and off-cycle placements may also be considered.

What you will do

• Build web applications that interact with Jump's real-time trading platform.
• Use TypeScript, Python, and modern web frameworks.
• Work through the full development, testing, and release cycle.

What Jump looks for

• Strong web-development experience with Python and TypeScript, and/or Python development on Linux.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and threading models.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced engineering environment with frequent deployments.
• Interest in hardware, networking, operating systems, and high-performance software.
• Reliable and predictable availability.

Useful experience: React, Claude Code, and previous software-development internships or jobs.

No finance or economics background is required. International students are encouraged to apply.
