Canadian Payroll Operations Manager

Lead Canadian payroll operations for LVMH Beauty, applying advanced ADP Workforce Now and Excel expertise across eight companies. Ensure accurate, compliant processing.

This manager oversees complex, multi-province payroll operations, tax activities, and payroll administration. The work covers Canadian regulations, vendor oversight, audits, systems implementations, and process improvement. You will partner with brand HR teams and the Senior Director of Payroll across LVMH Beauty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead accurate, timely payroll processing for eight Canadian companies
• Maintain controls, governance, compliance, and data integrity
• Monitor Canadian payroll law changes and advise management
• Oversee tax filings, notices, amendments, and agency relationships
• Partner with brands on payroll systems, reporting, and inquiries

Requirements:

• Over five to seven years leading complex payroll teams
• Experience with multi-province payroll, vendors, and audits
• In-depth knowledge of Canadian payroll regulations
• National Payroll Institute NPI, CPM, or PCP certification
• Advanced ADP Workforce Now and Excel knowledge
