Cantonese Mandarin Financial Services Representative

Use Cantonese and Mandarin to serve CIBC clients in Toronto while building relationships and recommending tailored financial solutions. This is an on-site, full-time position.

As a Financial Services Representative with Personal and Business Banking, you will support clients at the Toronto-Gerrard Square Banking Centre. You will understand personal and business priorities, provide informative service, and connect clients with suitable products. Your work will include cash management, credit, investments, wealth protection, and mobile banking applications. The position requires flexibility across nearby banking centres and banking centre hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet clients to understand personal and business priorities
• Recommend financial solutions and provide forward-looking plans
• Build relationships through marketing and outreach activities
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications
• Connect clients with relevant people and opportunities

Requirements:

• Current Mutual Funds License accreditation in good standing
• One year of client and sales results experience
• Cantonese and Mandarin language capability
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and nearby banking centres
• Client-first, goal-oriented, detail-focused approach
