CAPEX Coordinator Edmonton

Coordinate capital planning in Edmonton with Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and analytical problem-solving skills. Travel requirements are 10%.

As CAPEX Coordinator, you will support capital planning and execution across product lines within Western Canada. The position works with operations, business leaders, Finance, Procurement, Safety, and Environment. You will coordinate assessments, equipment utilization reviews, and business case development supporting asset optimization, cost savings, and growth opportunities. The role also includes lease management, market intelligence, and support for the NA Capex360 system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create submarket capital and investment budgets
• Coordinate plant and operations assessments
• Own lease lists and fleet assessments
• Provide monthly progress updates
• Support growth case presentations for leaders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma
• Engineering or Business preferred
• One to five years' relevant industry experience
• Microsoft Suite and Google Suite skills
• Ability to travel ten percent

Support Edmonton capital execution through business cases, lease management, analytics, and cross-functional coordination across Western Canada.
