RiseMe seeks a Capital Planning Program Specialist to provide analytical support for capital planning, handling large data sets and ensuring data integrity across systems. You will develop the capital plan and budget under the Capital Planning Manager and assist with tenant projects and related deliverables.

The role requires strong data analysis, familiarity with asset assessment processes, and collaboration with multiple teams. This is a contract, part-time position in Markham, Ontario.
