Job Title: Locum - Physician - Interventional Cardiology

Join a reputable healthcare facility in Kearney, Nebraska, as an interventional cardiologist. This opportunity involves providing ongoing care and support in a 175-bed facility, with an emphasis on inpatient care and procedures. The practice is dedicated to excellence in cardiology, and you will be part of a team that values collaboration and patient outcomes. Enjoy a flexible schedule with 2 weeks of coverage per month, starting in January.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct inpatient rounds, averaging 8-10 patients daily.
• Perform cath procedures, primarily for inpatients, with an average of 8-9 procedures per week.
• Take STEMI call as part of a 1:3 on-call rotation.
• Provide clinical care in the outpatient setting from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM.
• Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Hospitalists for patient care.
• Read ECHOs and assist with various cardiology procedures.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology (required).
• Active Nebraska medical license or IMLC (highly preferred).
• Strong clinical experience with detailed case logs and CV.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology.
• Valid Nebraska medical license or active IMLC.
