  • Setting: Outpatient dental clinic
  • No call
  • Average volume: 16 Äì18 patients per day
  • Patient mix: Approximately 50% pediatric and 50% adult
  • Provider must be comfortable treating all ages
  • EMR: Epic
  • Charts must be closed within 72 hours
    • Requirements
  • Active California dental license
  • Current BLS
  • Active DEA required before starting
  • Must treat pediatric and adult patients
  • Facility-required immunization and occupational-health documentation
    • Credentialing
  • Approximately 30 Äì60 days
  • Six weeks is standard with timely application and document submission
  • Temporary privileges are not available
  • Hiring decisions are typically made within 7 Äì14 days
  • Housing assistance may be available
  • Nearest airport: California Redwood Coast ÄìHumboldt County Airport
