Locums Audiologist Yakima, WA (WA License Preferred) Why This Role

Assignment Details
• Location: Yakima, Washington
• Start Date: March 1, 2027; an earlier start may be considered
• End Date: Ongoing
• Schedule: Monday ÄìFriday, 8:00 AM Äì5:00 PM
• Setting: Outpatient ENT clinic
• Call: None
• Patient Volume: Approximately 16 Äì20 patients per shift
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing: Approximately 90 Äì120 days
Requirements
• Master Äôs or doctoral degree in Audiology from an approved program
• Clinical practicum experience
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology required for master Äôs-level candidates
• AuD graduates from a board-approved institution meet the professional experience requirement
• Active BLS certification
• Active Washington Audiologist license preferred
Clinical Responsibilities
• Perform diagnostic hearing evaluations for patients from birth through senior adulthood
• Conduct pure-tone air and bone-conduction testing
• Perform speech and impedance audiometry
• Interpret findings for patients and referring physicians
• Recommend medical follow-up, hearing aids, and hearing protection
• Complete hearing-aid evaluations, fittings, and patient education
• Provide routine hearing-aid maintenance and troubleshooting

• 5 office staff members
• No APP supervision or teaching responsibilities
