Opportunity:

Physician - Internal Medicine - Invasive Cardiology


Job Details:

  • Provide inpatient and outpatient invasive cardiology coverage with both clinic and call responsibilities

  • Schedule includes hospital onsite and clinic hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with weeknight beeper call from 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM

  • Weekend coverage includes 24-hour beeper call responsibilities

  • Coverage needed for 1-2 weeks including 1-2 weekends with flexible scheduling

  • Minimum of 7-14 shifts per month required with 8 guaranteed hours per day

  • Expected patient encounters of 7-9 patients per shift

  • Experience with cardioversion, transesophageal echocardiograms (TEEs), and stress echocardiograms required

  • Proficiency in reading echocardiograms, EKGs, and stress echocardiograms required

  • Nuclear reads experience preferred but not required

  • Board certification required; active license and DEA required

  • BLS and ACLS certifications required

  • Providers will undergo a phone screening with the lead physician followed by a virtual team interview
