Cardiology - Interventional Physician

Facility is looking for Interventional Cardiology locum support for the below dates.

Schedule/Availability Requirements:

• Shifts per month: 12-15

Dates of coverage:

• 10/30(am)-11/2(am)
• 11/13(am)-11/16(am)
• 11/28(am)-12/2(am)
• 12/21(am)-12/28(am)
• 12/29(am)-1/1(am)

• Setting: Interventional Cardiology/Rounding for vacations
• Duties: Rounding when covering for IC FTE vacations
• FTE: Per Diem
• Required Procedures: Coronary Angiogram, Percutaneous Coronary Intervention, Stent Placement
• EMR: EPIC
• Support Staff:
• Reason for Coverage: Gap in IC coverage and vacation coverage
• Patients per day: 10

• Board Certification: BC Interventional Cardiology REQUIRED
• State License: WA Highly Preferred will accept IMCL, LOQ must be uploaded Required
• Interventional Cardiology Fellowship REQUIRED
• Malpractice Clean Highly Preferred
