Join a well-established inpatient cardiology team at a respected healthcare system in the Western U.S. This assignment offers a manageable patient census, no clinic requirements, and comprehensive support from a dedicated intensivist team.
Position Highlights
Coverage needed: January - March 2027
100% Inpatient Cardiology
No clinic responsibilities
Schedule: Monday 7:00 AM - Monday 7:00 AM
Daily inpatient coverage: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
On-call coverage after hours
Overnight consults are typically evaluated the following morning
Average daily census: 6-12 patients
Dedicated Intensivist team manages ICU rounding and support
Local candidates preferred
Clinical Responsibilities
General inpatient cardiology coverage
Pacemaker management
Stress testing
EKG interpretation
Echocardiograms (Echos)
Transesophageal Echocardiograms (TEE)
No Cath Lab or Interventional Procedures Required
