  • Shift/Schedule Details: 1 week of call; 1 week in clinic (8am - 5pm Mon-Fri)
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 120 days
  • Case Mix/Procedural Requirements: Hospital consults, Hospital call, Tees, Eho s, and Nuclear Testing
  • Department Model/Support Staff: In office medical assistants
  • EMR: EPIC

General Requirements:

  • State License: PA
  • Board-Certification: BC/BE Required
  • DEA: Required
