Physician - Cardiology


Job Details:

  • Full-time General Cardiology position with clinic, procedures, and call coverage

  • Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break

  • Call responsibilities include occasional weekday call and 24-hour call on weekends at a 1:4/5 weekend rotation

  • 1-2 nights of call per week

  • Sees 17-18 patients per day, adult population

  • In lab 3 days per week; clinic has 1 full-time physician

  • APP support available with Interventional if doing General Cardiology

  • Special procedures include nuclear reads, stress tests, TEEs, cardioversions, and echo monitoring

  • EMR system is EPIC

  • Must be nuclear boarded and echo boarded; CT boarded is a plus

  • CT reads skill preferred

  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Cardiology required

  • Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC required

  • DEA required

  • Minimum 1 year of experience required

    This is a community hospital with 150 beds offering a full range of inpatient and outpatient services, including a dedicated cardiology clinic and procedural lab. The facility supports a collaborative care environment with a team-based approach, including APP support, and utilizes EPIC as its electronic medical records system. The cardiology department is well-equipped to handle a variety of diagnostic and interventional procedures, providing high-quality cardiovascular care to the surrounding community.
