Opportunity:
Physician - Interventional Cardiology

Job Details:

• Provide inpatient interventional cardiology coverage on a 24-hour beeper call basis, with shifts running 7am to 7am
• Must have several years of experience in interventional cardiology; new graduates will not be considered
• Practice split will be approximately 75% interventional and 25% noninvasive cardiology
• NUC reading and NUC activity will be required
• Expected patient volume of 10-15 encounters per shift
• Active California medical license required; licensed in CA only
• Active DEA registration required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible within 3-5 years of residency required
• Active Fluoroscopy (FLURO) certification is required
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of current hospital clinical activity in the specialty
• Any gaps greater than 3 months in clinical activity must be explained
• Current case logs must be included upon presentation
• Updated CV with all hospital affiliations must be submitted with bid
• Estimated credentialing timeframe is 60-90 days
• Long-term housing assistance available, with approval up to $3,500 per month

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
