• Support Staff: APP with Interventional if doing General
• Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 1 week + 1 weekend
• Patients per day: 17-18
• Patient Population/Age: adult
• Department Description: clinic has 1 full-time physician. In lab 3 days per week.
• EMR: EPIC
• Hospital Bed size: 150 beds
• Special Procedures: nuclear reads, stress tests, tees, cardioversions, echo monitors
• Skill Preferred: CT reads
• Average callback: nights 0; weekend 0 (but will round)

Requirements:

• Board Certification: BC or BE in Cardiology
• License Required: PA, IMLC ok
• DEA: required
• Minimum Experience Required: 1 year
• Credentialing Timeframe: temps available with clean file
