Seeking a Board-Certified Cardiology Physician for locumtenens coverage in an inpatient hospital setting in Petoskey, Michigan. Thephysician will provide inpatient cardiology care, perform and interpret cardiacdiagnostic studies, and collaborate with a dedicated team of Advanced PracticeProviders (APPs).
Schedule
CallCoverage: 24-hour call, 6:00 AM-6:00 AM
WeekdayCoverage: Monday-Friday, as scheduled
WeekendCoverage: Required
GratisHours: Weekday call shifts must include 8 hours ofgratis coverage
Clinical Responsibilities
Provide inpatient cardiology consultationsand ongoing patient management.
Perform and interpret echocardiograms.
Perform and interpret treadmill stress tests.
Perform and interpret chemical stress tests.
Evaluate diagnostic findings and developappropriate treatment plans.
Collaborate with three inpatient AdvancedPractice Providers (APPs) who support the cardiology service.
Coordinate care with the inpatient team toensure quality patient care.

Requirements
Board Certified in Cardiology
Active Michiganmedical license
