Cardiologist Locum Tenens Opportunity Brattleboro, Vermont

  • Location: Brattleboro Memorial Hospital Brattleboro, VT
  • Setting: Outpatient cardiology clinic
  • Start Date: October 2026
  • Schedule: 3 5 days per week
  • ️ Call: None
  • Patient Volume: Approximately 16 clinic patients per day
  • ️ Patient Population: Adult and geriatric patients
  • Facility: 61-bed, Level IV trauma hospital
  • EMR: Cerner

Clinical Scope

  • Primarily outpatient, noninvasive cardiology
  • Perform and interpret echocardiography and EKGs
  • No inpatient admission responsibilities
  • Collaborate with 2 APRNs
  • Local hospital partnership supports ECHO and EKG reads

Submission Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology
  • If Board Eligible: include graduation date
  • Active Vermont license or willingness to obtain
  • NPDB Self-Query Report dated within 30 days required at presentation

Certifications

  • ACLS AHA
  • BLS AHA
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology

License

  • Vermont license required; candidates willing to obtain considered
