Care Navigator

SafetyWing is seeking a Care Navigator to support members on our US health insurance plan. You will interpret benefits, help locate in-network care, and guide members through appeals when needed.

You’ll bridge members with providers and internal teams to resolve billing issues in a patient‑centric, accessible way. You’ll translate plan details into plain language, ensure proper prior authorizations, and identify cost patterns to improve the plan over time.
