In this role you will service and maintain a range of security systems for sites around Twickenham, working remotely but within distance of the area. You will conduct on-site maintenance, rectify faults on first visit where possible, and run preventative maintenance programs. You’ll collect site data, manage spares, and keep accurate records while supporting out-of-hours coverage and small project commissioning. You’ll train customers and colleagues and contribute to QA audits, within a collaborative, safety-focused team. This is a hands-on, impact-driven technical role in a global security leader.

- Attend maintenance calls on-site or by phone as directed
- Rectify faults on first visit when possible
- Execute rolling programme of preventative maintenance visits
- Collect and record site configuration information
- Maintain spare parts stock levels
- Maintain accurate and timely records
- Provide rotating out-of-hours cover
- Commission small projects when required
- Audit quality procedures and ensure compliance
- Provide training to customers and colleagues
- Perform additional tasks as needed
- Electrical/mechanical experience
- Experience installing and servicing access control, CCTV, and intruder alarm systems
- Experience servicing fire alarm systems, ideally GENT
- IT qualification and/or Electrical/Electronic qualification
- Broad technical IT knowledge (Windows OS, networking)
- Knowledge of basic electrical principles (voltage, current)
- Strong attention to detail and paperwork accuracy
- Team player able to work under pressure and maintain professionalism
