Carvana Area Safe Security Lead

Lead safety, security, and asset protection across Carvana sites while applying data-driven judgment and traveling throughout an assigned geographical area.

The Area Lead supports Field Safe & Secure operations and reports to the Area Manager. This field-based position requires multi-site leadership, incident response, fraud investigation, and inventory control experience. You will support Market Operations and Logistics partners while protecting people and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel between assigned sites according to risk and support needs
• Execute incident management and emergency preparedness programs
• Track unit loss, fraud, scanning, and inventory controls
• Lead safety compliance training, implementation, and application
• Maintain badge access, monitoring alerts, and security technology

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least five years of Security or Asset Protection experience
• At least one year of multi-site leadership experience
• Strong communication, analytical, and data-driven skills
• Valid driver’s license and insurable DMV required
