Cash Application Representative

To support financial operations, the full-time Cash Application Reconciliation Representative will perform accounts receivable functions, including daily cash reconciliation, maintenance of bank deposits, and research of patient inquiries while working remotely from Washington State. Key responsibilities Reconcile daily cash to patient accounting systems and maintain payment spreadsheets Conduct research and follow-up on patient inquiries related to cash applications Maintain data for audit purposes and ensure compliance with financial procedures Required qualifications High school graduate or GED equivalent required Minimum of two (2) years of cash posting, reconciliation, or bookkeeping experience required; five (5) years preferred Healthcare experience strongly preferred Knowledge of insurance claims processing and third-party reimbursement procedures preferred Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
