Cash Application Specialist

Responsible for applying cash to open receivables, the full-time Cash Application Specialist will ensure 100% accuracy in cash processing, handle payment discrepancies, and reconcile accounts receivable while working remotely. Key responsibilities Process payments using third-party payment software and reconcile accounts to bank deposits Research and resolve payments without posting instructions and contact customers regarding discrepancies Monitor and respond to accounts receivable inquiries and process refunds as needed Required qualifications Bachelor of Science or Associate Degree in Accounting or a related field required Minimum one year of experience in Accounts Receivable cash application preferred Intermediate knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required
