Cash Applications Team Lead

Leading the Cash Application team, the full-time Team Lead will oversee the accurate and timely processing of customer payments, ensure compliance with internal controls, and drive performance improvements while working in a collaborative environment. Key responsibilities Manage daily operations of the Cash Application team to ensure timely allocation of customer payments and issue resolution Implement action plans for continuous improvement in cash handling processes and ensure compliance with service levels Coach and develop team members while supporting process transitions and internal audits Required qualifications Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a relevant field 5 - 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in O2C operations Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a shared services environment Strong understanding of AR processes and financial controls with at least 3 years of accounting-related experience Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications
