Cash Manager

We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Cash Manager to join our leadership team. This role is responsible for overseeing the restaurant's cash controls, daily financial processes, and administrative operations while supporting the management team behind the scenes.

What you'll do

• Complete daily cash counts, deposits, and reconciliations
• Manage floats, tills, and cash handling procedures
• Audit sales reports and investigate discrepancies
• Maintain accurate financial records and reporting
• Ensure compliance with Earls cash control standards
• Partner with leaders to improve operational efficiency

What we're looking for

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience handling cash or bookkeeping (restaurant experience is an asset)
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic financial reporting
• Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality
• Reliable, accountable, and proactive
