Cash Posting Specialist

To enhance cash collection and reconciliation efforts for Home Health & Hospice agencies, the full-time Cash Posting Specialist will manage collection procedures, provide training for cash posters, and collaborate with various stakeholders while working remotely. Key responsibilities Creates accountability for collection efforts and procedures with Executive Directors and Revenue Cycle Portfolio Leaders Maintains a comprehensive working knowledge of payor contracts and government billing regulations Researches and clears unidentified cash accounts monthly while preparing cash reports and reconciling daily Required qualifications At least five years of experience in cash posting A minimum of three years in healthcare billing and collections management, preferably in home health or hospice operations Experience with eClinical Works, HCHB, and Excel Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment Demonstrated capability to manage detailed information accurately
