CDD Manager: Sanctions & Risk Analytics Lead

CZ is seeking a Counterparty Due Diligence (CDD) Manager to own end-to-end CDD programs, including onboarding, EDD for high-risk clients, and ongoing reviews. You will strengthen controls to mitigate financial crime and sanctions risk while leveraging new technology.

Lead a team of three CDD Analysts, oversee policy updates, and collaborate with front office and operations to ensure compliant, smooth onboarding across the firm.
