Overview

In this role you will rigorously test game submissions across PlayStation platforms to ensure compliance with technical requirements. You will work within the Certification & Operations team to learn and apply testing procedures, TRC requirements, and tools like SHIP and Unity. Your work supports timely project deliveries and high-quality releases, including PSVR content. You will collaborate with team leaders, train colleagues when needed, and raise improvement ideas for test processes. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment with a clear impact on product quality and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Test game submissions for compliance with the Technical Requirements Checklist across platforms, including PSVR
  • Develop and apply CertOps testing practices and procedures
  • Adapt testing to updated CertOps procedures and TRC requirements
  • Identify and report issues in test procedures, offering actionable solutions
  • Assist in training team members when needed
  • Check game content for legal, copyright, and age-rating issues
  • Produce manual functionality reports aligned with submitted code
  • Identify and investigate bugs with version control and logging
  • Provide progress updates to the direct line manager
  • Maintain adherence to CertOps procedures and platform TRCs
  • Stay up to date with PlayStation platforms and TRCs
  • Learn and operate CertOps tools such as SHIP and Unity
Key requirements
  • Excellent oral and written communication (Level 2 English)
