Certified Revenue Cycle Analyst

To enhance the revenue cycle processes, the full-time Revenue Cycle Process Improvement Analyst will leverage advanced analytics and process improvement methodologies to identify and implement sustainable solutions across cross-functional teams, operating in a flexible remote environment with occasional onsite commitments. Key responsibilities Identify opportunities to improve hospital revenue cycle and implement effective solutions Collaborate with IT, clinical departments, and administrative units to address complex challenges Utilize advanced analytics to deliver measurable financial and operational outcomes Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, preferably in a large health system 2+ years of experience in process improvement, quality assurance, or analytics 2+ years of Epic experience in a leadership or analyst role CRCR certification required or must be obtained within 3-6 months Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis
