Change, Configuration & Release Analyst - IT Service Delivery

In this role, you will support IT Service Management by coordinating change activity across multiple teams, ensuring proper information and readiness for releases. You will work closely with stakeholders to keep change processes on track, identify risks, and drive process improvements within a hybrid working setup. • Coordinate and manage Change requests across their lifecycle
• Review Change requests for required information
• Support Change planning and implementation activities
• Facilitate Change-related meetings and document outcomes
• Liaise with internal teams and customers for smooth Change delivery
• Monitor upcoming Releases, assess readiness, dependencies and risks
• Produce reports and maintain accurate records
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
• Provide guidance and support on Change Management processes

• Experience in an IT Service Delivery environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to coordinate tasks across multiple teams
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience using Microsoft Office (incl. Excel)
• Ability to follow defined processes in a structured environment
• Eligibility for UK Security Clearance and NPPV3 screening
