Change & Engagement Lead, Data Automation & Info Mgmt

RSM UK is seeking an experienced Change & Engagement Manager to lead the people side of its data automation and information management transformation on a 9‑month fixed-term contract. You will drive adoption, build change strategies, and embed new ways of working across Audit, Tax and Consulting.

You will mentor cross-functional teams, develop training materials and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver a cohesive, AI‑enabled information governance framework using Microsoft 365 and Copilot.
