Change & Engagement Lead for Data Automation & Info (9mo)

RSM UK is seeking a Change & Engagement Manager to lead the people side of two linked transformation programmes: data automation and information management modernisation. You will drive adoption, design training, and partner with business and technical teams to embed new working practices.

You will build stakeholder relationships across Audit, Tax and Consulting, manage risks, and shape communications to ensure a coherent, organisation-wide journey.
