Change Lead - Volunteer & Digital Transformation

Girlguiding is seeking a change lead to establish, coordinate and embed a network of volunteer change champions to support volunteering and digital transformation initiatives.

You’ll work in partnership with volunteers and colleagues across the change, learning and communications project team to design and continuously improve the change champions experience, ensuring members feel informed, supported and engaged throughout their involvement.
